BIOGRAPHY

Jerzy Einhorn, born in Poland and a survivor of the Holocaust, became Chief Physician at Radiumhemmet and later Director of the Karolinska Hospital in Stockholm. He was a founding member of ESTRO and FECS, a remarkable leader who combined scientific excellence with political acumen, and also served on the Nobel Prize nominating committee.
