BIOGRAPHY

Heinz-Peter Schlemmer is a senior radiologist at the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) in Heidelberg. He has led pioneering early studies on the use of WB-MRI for cancer detection in early feasibility studies. His work also explored hybrid imaging, integrating MRI with PET in whole-body settings. He is a frequent contributor to international guidelines on oncologic imaging.
